互联网接入要求

版本：2022.1 及更高版本

Tableau Desktop 和 Tableau Prep Builder 旨在通过访问互联网进行操作。例如，Tableau 需要访问 Internet 才能加载地图视图、在仪表板中加载网页以及处理许可证请求。

所需的地址和端口

Tableau 使用通用端口（80 和 443）发出互联网请求。在大多数情况下，安装了 Tableau Desktop 或 Tableau Prep Builder 的计算机以及运行它的网络已配置为允许必要的访问。

如果 Tableau 无法直接访问 Internet，请确保下表中列出的域在安装了 Tableau 的计算机和网络防火墙（如果有）中允许代理服务器。

注意：如果您登录并将工作簿和数据源发布到 Tableau Online，则可能需要执行以下操作：

Activate and run Tableau Prep Builder	To activate and run Tableau Prep Builder when a secure web proxy is configured: Windows: In your Local Area Network (LAN) settings, select Bypass proxy server for local addresses. MacOS: In the Proxies tab, add the IP address to the excluded local hosts list. For more information, see `127.0.0.1`Bypassing proxy settings(Link opens in a new window) in the MacOS User Guide.
Registration	`register.tableau.com:443` Required to register Tableau Prep Builder.
Discover Pane(optional)	`https://www.tableau.com` `www.google-analytics.com` `js-agent.newrelic.com` `img.en25.com` If there is no access to these websites, the Discover pane won't show correctly on the home page. If access is disconnected, the links on the pane will be broken.
Product update	`https://downloads.tableau.com` If you have selected "Enable Automatic Product Updates" in the HELP menu, then Tableau Desktop connects to downloads.tableau.com while starting up.
MFA with Tableau authentication	`*.salesforce.com` If multi-factor authentication (MFA) with Tableau authentication (Tableau with MFA) is enabled for your site and your environment is using proxies that prevent clients from accessing other necessary services

Maps

If the maps domain or ports are blocked, you can use offline maps instead. For more information, see Select Background Maps(Link opens in a new window) in the Tableau Help.

Licensing

Important: The Tableau licensing service was moved to a new data center on October 6, 2018. This means that any environments that required special configuration (static IP safe listing for example) to access licensing.tableau.com or licensing.tableausoftware.com will need to be updated before you can activate, refresh, or deactivate a Tableau product key. For more information, see Tableau Community(Link opens in a new window).

Enabling internet access for licensing is optional. If the licensing domain is blocked, the licensing activation process prompts for offline activation, which does require access to the internet using a different computer. For more information, see Install Tableau Desktop or Tableau Prep Builder from the User Interface.

If the licensing domain is blocked and Tableau Desktop was activated offline, the upgrade process requires an updated product key. For more information, see the "Activate Tableau Desktop Offline (if needed)" section in Install Tableau Desktop or Tableau Prep Builder from the User Interface.

Crash logs

When Tableau Desktop encounters unforeseen circumstances, it might exit unexpectedly. If a crash occurs, log files and dump files are produced to capture detailed information to help Tableau engineers debug the issue. The next time Tableau Desktop is opened, the user is given the option to automatically upload the log and dump files.

However, if you work in an organization that is subject to data privacy regulations, you might not want your users to be able to upload the log and dump files. In those situations you can disable the crash upload prompt from showing. Tableau Public

Tableau Public needs access to the following domain and port: .public.tableau.com: 443

Test internet access

脱机工作（桌面版）

在某些情况下，如果您或 IT 管理员无法更改 Web 代理或防火墙配置设置以允许 Tableau 访问其所需的站点，则您的用户可以脱机使用 Tableau。脱机使用 Tableau 意味着您必须使用脱机流程执行产品激活，并且您的用户使用脱机地图进行需要它们的可视化效果。
